This film chronicles the career of Lacrosse Legend, Mikey Powell, from his days playing with his brothers on local school teams in Carthage, New York to his careers at Syracuse University and at the professional level with the Baltimore Bay Hawks. At Syracuse he lead his team to national championships and was named player of the year. At Baltimore he did the same. The Bay Hawks won the National Championship in 05; the same year Mikey was name MVP at the All-Star Game.

In between home videos and montages of his record breaking scoring career at Syracuse University, we visit Mikey’s home, meet his mother and brothers and get a glimpse of the hometown where he grew up.

This documentary contains a very appealing story of a hometown hero.
