Point of Contact's online publication documents the lectures and seminars by guest filmmakers and international judges who participated past editions of The Syracuse International Film Festival, as well as reviews of the numerous entries selected to stand competition; Best of Fest nominees and winners. A sequel to the Festival Program, Dossier establishes a new precedent in documenting a world-class event of this stature. This project is aimed at reviving Central New York's long standing tradition of breaking ground for independent and experimental film and video art.
